We have curated some outstanding resources on metabolic health, ketogenic metabolic therapy, carnivore and others from around the web and other sources available. There's so much to see here. We could not possibly include it all, and we will be adding many more. Right now this should not be considered all inclusive. So, take your time, look around, and learn all there is to know about metabolic health. We hope you enjoy our site and take a moment to review these valuable sources.

https://www.drberry.com/ Many of you in Arizona have found us from Dr Berry's listings so we are returning the favor. He is an outstanding author, speaker, and his YouTube Channel has a wealth of information .
Dr Westman is a distinguished researcher and clinician at Duke University. His YouTube channel and Adapt Your Life program is full of understandable information suitable for all levels.
Nick Norwitz is an Oxford trained Ph.D. researcher and M.D. from Harvard who has published many articles and case studies but may be perhaps more well known for his YouTube channel and his n=1 experiments with such things and how eating Oreos lowered his cholesterol! His videos dissect the latest scientific articles and he reduces technical jargon to a level understandable by all. His Stay Curious Metabolism Substack, to which we personally subscribe, also translates science into action.

The Low Carb MD Podcast was the first I found when exploring this space. Co-hosts Dr. Tro Kalayjian and Dr. Brian Lenzkes brought their own journeys into a now longstanding series of interviews with experts and patients alike all pertaining to LCHF lifestyle. It's still going strong.
Mike Mutzel hosts many experts on the High Intensity Health Podcast both in long form interviews, and shorter informational presentations of current papers.
Dr Rhonda Patrick presents information and interviews regarding exercise, diet, and supplements on the Podcast and YouTube.
Vinnie Tortorich, fitness expert and celebrity trainer and now documentary filmmaker started No Sugar No Grains (NSNG) and was integral when we started our journey. His podcast
Of course, don't forget Huberman Lab Podcast and Peter Attia's The Drive
